This yoga retreat in Galápagos is an experience designed to connect body, mind, and nature in some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. Over the course of 8 days, you will explore the islands of San Cristóbal and Santa Cruz, combining daily yoga and meditation practices with adventure, wellness, and exploration activities.
Each day includes one or two yoga sessions held in unique natural settings: facing the ocean and surrounded by absolute tranquility. You will also enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, hiking, navigable tours within the National Park, encounters with iconic wildlife, and free time to rest and reconnect with yourself.
This retreat is designed for private and exclusive groups of 10 participants, creating an intimate, personalized experience with genuine collective connection. The program is specially designed for yoga teachers or facilitators who wish to travel together with their own community or pre-formed group.
Arrival in Quito and overnight stay before the retreat at a hotel near the airport. Time for rest and initial group integration.
Flight to San Cristóbal and welcome to the ocean. Gentle yoga session and connection with the island's energy. Visit to the Interpretation Center and Tijeretas.
Morning yoga session by the sea. Afterwards, kayak or paddleboard tour in crystal-clear waters. Free time (suggested visit to La Lobería Beach and Barranco) to relax, swim, and snorkel. Sunset yoga or meditation session.
Sunrise yoga practice. Full-day 360 navigable tour around the island with snorkeling, beaches, and marine wildlife observation. Time for rest and group connection in the afternoon.
Morning yoga session. Tour through the highlands of the island with visits to El Junco Lagoon, the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center, and Puerto Chino Beach. Time to connect with nature and relax.
Ferry transfer to Santa Cruz and arrival at Highland Lodge, surrounded by nature in the highlands of the island. Restoration session and relaxation time.
Morning yoga practice and kayaking activity. Free time to enjoy the natural surroundings and the tranquility of the island.
Yoga session and integration at the Lodge. Afterwards, visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station to learn more about conservation efforts and the iconic species of Galápagos. Meditation or gentle practice at the end of the day. Free afternoon and farewell dinner.
Final yoga practice and retreat closing ceremony. Transfer to Baltra Airport for the return flight to mainland Ecuador. Overnight stay in Quito before international connections or return home.
